### **🛒 Ingredients:**
#### **For the Dough:**
- **2 cups all-purpose flour** (मैदा)
- **1 tsp sugar**
- **½ tsp salt**
- **1 tsp instant yeast**
- **2 tbsp oil or melted butter**
- **½ cup warm milk** (as needed for kneading)
#### **For the Chicken Filling:**
- **1 cup cooked & shredded chicken**
- **1 tbsp oil**
- **1 small onion (finely chopped)**
- **1 tsp ginger-garlic paste**
- **½ tsp salt**
- **½ tsp black pepper**
- **½ tsp red chili flakes** (optional)
- **2 tbsp mayonnaise**
- **2 tbsp cream cheese or grated cheese**
- **2 tbsp chopped coriander (or parsley)**
#### **For Brushing:**
- **1 egg yolk (for glaze)**
- **1 tbsp milk** (for shine)
- **Sesame seeds (for topping, optional)**

### **🔪 Instructions:**
#### **1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:**
1. In a bowl, mix **flour, sugar, salt, and yeast**.
2. Add **oil/butter** and slowly mix in **warm milk** to form a soft dough.
3. Knead for **5-7 minutes** until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover and let it rest for **1 hour** until doubled in size.
#### **2️⃣ Make the Chicken Filling:**
1. Heat **oil** in a pan and sauté **onions** until soft.
2. Add **ginger-garlic paste**, then add **chicken, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes**. Stir well.
3. Turn off the heat and mix in **mayonnaise, cheese, and chopped coriander**. Let it cool.
#### **3️⃣ Assemble the Bread:**
1. Roll out the dough into an **oval or rectangular shape**.
2. Place the **chicken filling in the center**.
3. Cut slits on both sides and **braid the dough** by folding the strips over the filling.
4. Brush with **egg yolk & milk mixture**, then sprinkle with **sesame seeds**.
#### **4️⃣ Cook Without an Oven:**
**Method 1: Pan Cooking**
- Heat a **large non-stick pan** on low heat.
- Place the chicken bread on a **greased plate or butter paper** and put it inside the pan.
- Cover and **cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes**, flipping gently halfway for even browning.
**Method 2: Tawa (Griddle) Cooking**
- Place the bread on a **hot tawa** and cover with a **large pot or lid** to trap heat.
- Cook for **10-15 minutes per side** until golden brown.
