After driver racked up 3 OWIs in 8 days kills man, friend pushes for tougher laws

Mary Erickson lost her dear friend, after a drunk driver hit 38-year-old Kevin Kaltenberg head-on last year in Iowa County, Wisconsin.  The crash that killed her friend, was the driver's third OWI in eight days.
