Dark Souls Remastered | Backstabbing the Balder Knight facing away in Undead Parish

Balder Knights can be a pain when you're low level and especially on your first playthrough. There is one Balder Knight in Undead Parish that is always facing away. If you walk up to him slowly, you can backstab him.

This is NG+1 (NG+). He awards 1000 souls. The item he's guarding is a Knight Shield, which can be a good upgrade when you're low level.
