流感期間 注意饮食

近期流感旺季,很多人都出现了流感的不适症状,像是发烧、头痛、肌肉酸痛、咳嗽、疲倦、腹泻等。营养师黄品瑄发文表示,流感期间身体处在发炎状态,要避免吃花生、甜食、酒类、炸物、辣椒、麻油等饮食;多吃含锌、维生素C、Omega-3脂肪酸,及蛋白质食物。

黄品瑄说,饮食上务必避开,会加剧发炎状况的食物,还有平时养护好身体的保护力,也是很重要的!为了预防流感,她建议大家,「每年接种1次」流感疫苗,以及多吃一些增强免疫力的食物。
▲防流感-增免疫
1.蛋白质:可维持免疫力、修补受损组织,可吃鸡肉、鸡蛋、豆类等食物。
2.含锌食物:帮助伤口愈合、抑制病毒活性,可吃海鲜、牛奶、坚果等食物。
3.维生素C:提升身体免疫力、帮助修护细胞,可吃芭乐、菠菜、奇异果等食物。
4.Omega-3脂肪酸:强化免疫系统、抗氧化和发炎,可吃鲑鱼、鲭鱼等食物。
