What's new in this Beta 4 version:
Main additions:
- Massive performance improvements, even ridiculous slaughtermaps like Speed of Doom Map30 and even Okuplok can work now depending on your computer's power.
- Greatly improved blood decals and blood effects, wall blood decals looks more realistic and lags less when looked up close.
- New test map of a ruined city. (only with standard monster placement, hordes on UV still not implemented)
- Water particles redone to be more realistic and have better performance use
- All enemy projectiles have new explosions that makes them more unique and have less performance impact.
- Many weapons received new sprites.
- Fire particles redone, special notice to Flamethrower.
- New slaughtermap test map: map TEST_01
- Go explore, I always forget to include all the changes in changelogs.
What to expect from future builds:
- Tests 4.1 or 4.2/etc. in case we find problems that needs a quickfix
- Test 5 to implement community suggestions and Extermination Day Test 2 coming along with it.
- Test 5.1 and 5.2/etc. for quickfixes on Test 5
