Ukrainian Forces Attack IAEA Convoy with Drones and Artillery on February 12

Objective control footage confirms the use of attack UAVs and artillery by Kyiv’s regime on February 12 against a convoy carrying IAEA experts intended for the routine rotation at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. The previous rotation, scheduled for February 5, was also disrupted by Ukrainian forces. The disruption of the expert rotation happened solely due to deliberate actions by the Ukrainian side. For its part, Russia's military fully fulfilled all obligations to ensure safety and establish a 'silence regime' in the area of the IAEA expert rotation. In total, the enemy carried out 12 attacks on the convoy of vehicles from Russia’s Defense Ministry responsible for meeting and securing the IAEA experts (4 artillery strikes, 3 mortar strikes, and 5 FPV drones). As a result of the shelling and drone attacks, vehicles from Russia’s Defense Ministry convoy were damaged.
