Blessed Is The Man

How blessed is the man who walks not astray,
In the counsel of the wicked, he chooses to stay away.
He stands in the light, not in shadows of sin,
With a heart full of joy, let the journey begin.

[Chorus]
Oh, blessed, blessed is the man,
His delight is in the law, trust in God's plan.
Like a tree by the waters, he’ll flourish and grow,
In whatever he does, God's blessings will overflow.

[Verse 2]
Meditating day and night on God’s holy Word,
His spirit is refreshed, in His truth he's assured.
The fruit of the Spirit, in each season, he'll bear,
With leaves that are vibrant, a testimony to share.

The wicked are like chaff, blown by the wind,
But the righteous will stand, their hope is within.
At the judgment they falter, they cannot withstand,
For the Lord knows the way, with a guiding hand.
