Son Fatally Stabs Father in Broad Daylight Over Property Dispute in Kushaiguda

In a shocking incident, a 25-year-old man brutally killed his father in broad daylight over an alleged property dispute in Kushaiguda, Medchal-Malkajgiri district, on Friday.

The attack took place on the main road near the ECIL bus terminal, leaving locals horrified.

According to police, the victim, Arelli Mogili (45), a resident of Lalapeta, Secunderabad, worked for a Packers and Movers company, where his son, Saikumar (25), was also employed.

Family members revealed that Mogili’s alcohol addiction often led to frequent quarrels at home. Tensions escalated in recent months due to ongoing property disputes between father and son.

Frustrated by the constant conflicts, Saikumar allegedly planned to kill his father. On Saturday afternoon, he followed Mogili, who was traveling by bus from Lalapeta.

As Mogili got off at the ECIL terminal, Saikumar launched a brutal attack, stabbing him nearly 15 times from behind.

Shocked bystanders rushed Mogili to a nearby hospital, but doctors declared him dead during treatment.

The gruesome assault was captured on CCTV, helping police identify and arrest Saikumar shortly after the incident.
