Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams retired from the City of Cleveland Division of Police after 32 years of service on Oct. 31, according to a news release sent to news organizations by the city at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Two days later, today, Williams was rehired as the chief of police.
