Straight talk about Carbon Dioxide and its necessity

I give a straight talk about Carbon Dioxide levels and how our so-called scientists talk about reducing CO2 levels. Below a certain level (generally 160 PPM depending on the source), all photosynthetic plants would die of starvation. If they were able to reduce CO2 levels nearing the 160 PPM, I would expect plant growth to be severely stunted. Imagine corn stalks two inches high.
Japanese Banzai growers do something similar with trees, purposefully starving them of nutrients and stunting their growth. The result is a tree that fits in a pot, where in the wild it might be hundreds of feet high.
I do have a degree in botanical sciences. At most we could lose 200 PPM before we would start running into trouble with stunted plant growth.
