Commercial Amazon Truck Illegally in my Neighborhood?

An Amazon truck too heavy for my neighborhood, rated for commercial activity, and requiring a class B licensed driver was observed the same day I confronted the guy on the bike. What the heck were they planning to do with that truck? These vehicles go between warehouses and distribution centers. Not neighborhood deliveries. Never have I seen one of these larger single axle Amazon trucks in my neighborhood. I believe a 22,500 Lb rating loaded or unloaded for that vehicle. Some explaining needs to be done here. I spoke with an Amazon employee who confirmed there was no reason whatsoever for that vehicle to be in my neighborhood. It's illegal and actually carries consequences. What the heck is going on?
