Arapahoe County Court is a lawless cesspool of corruption, where judges and attorneys openly trample the Constitution and weaponize the courts against fathers. Magistrate Frank Moschetti and BAR attorney David Lamb are caught red-handed violating John Sarina’s rights on the record—and they don’t even care.

At Sarina’s hearing, Moschetti was so hostile, so brazen in his abuse of power, that he physically removed Sarina from the courtroom—denying him any ability to defend himself. That’s not a hearing; that’s a star chamber. These judges don’t even pretend to uphold the law anymore. They can’t even confirm if they have a sworn oath to the Constitution. Why? Because they don’t answer to the people—they answer to the corrupt system that feeds them.

And this isn’t the first time Arapahoe County has pulled this kind of banana republic garbage. This is the same court that allowed Shannon Bomgaars Sarina to LIE in sworn documents—falsely claiming that John Sarina owed her $656,000 in back child support and alimony. Without a hearing, without due process, Arapahoe County garnished 55% of his wages, swept his Chase bank account, and even seized his wife’s and stepsons’ accounts.

No due process. No notice. No hearing. Just outright theft and destruction of a man’s life.
