Man accused of stealing wallet from Bubble Room

Investigators need help identifying the man accused of taking an employee's wallet at the Bubble Room restaurant. Crime Stoppers says the man was dining on the restaurant's third floor and he asked if he could use the employee restroom on that floor.  On surveillance video he appears to steal the wallet of a Bubble Room employee, which was left in the employee storage area.
