This is a great recipe for Easter breakfast, brunch or dinner. The combination or Myoko’s and Parmela cheeses give it a very nice depth of flavor and accent the other ingredients perfectly. Enjoy.

.5oz Fresh Rosemary
1 Cup Coconut Yogurt
water
Avocado Oil
½ pkg Myoko’s Mozzarella
½ pkg Parmela Gouda
8 Eggs
½ pkg Parmela Gouda
14oz Ham
12oz Spinach
Myoko’s Liquid Mozzarella
