Green Mind - He Is Well Informed

I made this song during a couple of days from 11-12th of February 2025. I went to the countryside in Porvoo, Finland, to film it on the 12th of February.

"The Eurovision song contest song that didn't quite make it."

What I really want to tell you with this song is:
Don't let the media into your consciousness without questioning anything. Don't be fooled. Paying more taxes does not change the climate. When they try to convince you, of course, by using fear, that it's much warmer today, the most basic question you could ask is: Since when?
Try to preserve your own humanity. Wishing the death of any other human being is not exactly healthy behavior. Don't trust your government blindly. Be it through their media or otherwise.
For that last part, I have to admit that it's pure provocation. I ended the first draft of the song at "That's a good question." But I felt that the song was a bit short. So I listened to what I had recorded, had my wife to listen to it. When I asked her about any subject I could add, under a split second she went "Trans " 🤣 She has a post doc in biochemistry btw and she is from eastern Ukraine.
As usual, the lyrics are mostly improvised at the moment of recording. When I was ready with this one, I went "woops" when I wrote down the lyrics afterward. So I felt like I had to make a silly music video to compensate. 😅
