Better than buying at the store, this homemade Baileys Irish Cream recipe will show you how to make your own version of this classic liqueur. Recipe below:

Step 1:

1 1/2 cups Smooth, Mild Whiskey (contrary to assumptions, you don’t need to use Jameson)
1 can (14 oz.) Condensed Milk (do not use evaporated milk)
1 TB Chocolate Syrup
1 1/2 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch (~1/8 tsp) Ground Nutmeg

Using a blender or bowl/whisk combination, thoroughly mix the ingredients.

Step 2:

1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Fully mix in heavy cream. Bottle and refrigerate until used.
