Love is not a transaction.

It's a light that radiates outward, like the sun which shines without expecting anything in return.

True love asks not what can I gain?

But rather, how can I bring warmth and happiness to others?

In Buddhism, loving-kindness is an active practice of wishing happiness and well-being for all beings.

It can be as simple as offering a kind word, truly listening, or showing patience in a difficult moment.

These small gestures may seem insignificant, but to someone in need, they're like sunlight breaking through the clouds.

Today, pause and ask yourself, who in my life needs warmth?

How can I brighten their day?

A single moment of kindness can change everything.

The more love we offer, the more we transform ourselves and the world around us.
