Egg pancake rolls with stuffing for the New Year

ingredients:
• chicken egg - 3 pieces
• dill
• salt to taste
• vegetable oil

Filling:
• crab sticks - 100-150 grams
• cheese - 100 grams
• salt
• mayonnaise

preparation:
1. Combine eggs with dill, salt and mix with a whisk until smooth.
2. Pour a portion of the egg mass into the pan with a ladle. Fry the pancakes for about 3 minutes on each side.
3. Transfer the finished pancakes to a plate and refrigerate.
4. For the filling, combine the crab sticks, cheese, garlic, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready.
5. Brush each pancake with the filling. Roll the pancakes into tight rolls.
6. Before serving, cut the rolls into slices, place on a platter and garnish with herbs.
