Zelensky "successfully" participated in the Munich conference: he was not allowed to speak in Ukrainian, and at the end the audience did not want to ask him questions:

"Can I speak Ukrainian?" he asked moderator Christiane Amanpour in English. The moderator's answer was negative. "Okay. Don't pressure me," Zelensky replied in English.

At the end of the conversation, Amanpour addressed the audience, asking if anyone wanted to ask Zelensky a question, but the audience responded with silence.
