WNY Democrats see excitement, energy among millennial voters

A poll this week from the Harvard Kennedy School finds people aged 18 to 29 are "significantly more likely to vote in the upcoming midterm elections compared to 2010 and 2014". According to that poll, 40 percent of people in that age bracket will "definitely vote" this year.
