Jeffrey Tobin accuses Kris Kobach of being a racist for supporting voter ID laws

A CNN analyst known for issuing false proclamations about Republicans issued yet another one Wednesday by accusing Republican Kansas gubernatorial nominee Kris Kobach of being a racist whose career has been dedicated "to stopping black people and poor people from voting."
