Moving on up the AK tree... Hello, and welcome to Pwnery's Firearm Reviews and today I'm showcasing what was actually an early birthday present to myself, despite the release coming out 2 weeks after the fact (the wheelgun video's were recorded and released on a schedule so this one got a little delayed). Today I'm bringing you PSA's AK47 GF4 - a 4th Generation iteration of their all-American AK-47 rifle chambered in the traditional 7.62x39mm caliber. This particular example features a cold-hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel made in-house, forged trunnions, forged bolt, an upgraded trigger, and their imitation bakelite furniture which came out quite nice.

A follow-up rifle to my AK-P, I had originally intended to acquire a Polish WBP Fox but they were out of stock. This rifle was readily available for 2/3rd's the Fox cost, and PSA AK's come with a lifetime warranty which made this decision all the easier. Comparably, the mechanical features of this rifle and the AK-P are pretty similar so there wasn't too much to expand on with this one. That said, I went ahead and combined the "creature comforts" part within this video. There were a couple of backorders so only a few were done at the time of this release - but they were rather big creature comforts, not simple add-on bits like the charging handle knob or the safety notch-out.

If you'd like to see more of the specs on this, you can find them under the "product details" section here : https://palmettostatearmory.com/psak-47-gf4-forged-rifle-imitation-bakelite.html

So anyway - sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Thanks for watching, subscribing, sharing, and tolerating me fumbling through these reviews. Since I'm a self-funded operation, they do tend to come few and far between, but I'm sitting on a small stable of future reviews that I just hadn't had the time to sit down and really get filmed and uploaded - hopefully that'll change soon.
