This boy greeted stranger with open arms...when he realized they have something in common. They met through the Lucky Fin Project, a charity set up for people with limb differences. Joseph was born with symbrachydactyly meaning his left arm did not fully develop in the womb...but it clearly did not affect his heart. What a brave and loving little man!
