Mother goes above and beyond on Halloween

Blanca Perez’s son passed away 11 years ago on November 15th and with his favorite holiday being Halloween, it was one Perez dreaded. However, for the last three years she has changed her perspective and goes above and beyond during Halloween in memory of her son.
