The crew of Lady Michelle is tasked with hosting a charter for a group of demanding guests, but things quickly become complicated. Captain Sandy Yawn is not happy with Bosun Malia White after she fails to immediately report an injury to deckhand David Pascoe.
Malia's mistake is particularly egregious, as David's injury could have been much worse if left untreated. Captain Sandy calls out Malia for her lack of attention to detail and her failure to prioritize the safety of her crew.
Meanwhile, the tension between Chief Stew Katie Flood and Fifth Stew Lexi Wilson continues to simmer. Lexi's toxic behavior causes problems, and she clashes with Katie over the management of the interior team.
As the charter comes to a close, the crew is relieved to have made it through, but tensions among the crew are running high. Captain Sandy must intervene to restore order and remind the crew of their responsibilities.
