- Some of the most unique and scariest enemies I have ever encountered. Literally a living suit of armor trying to kill Leon S Kennedy! Suits of armor were scary back in Resident Evil 1 but now they have come to life thanks to the Las Plagas using the suits as temporary shelter. Apparently, the Las Plagas that inhabit these suits of ancient Spaniard armor lost their original hosts and await new prey!

Trivia:
- Ashley encountered these creatures first
- The Armuaduras are based on the "Armor" enemies from Sweet Home. They appeared in the E3 2003 demo for the "Hallucination" build of the game as a hypothetical enemy. After the build was scrapped, they were kept as an enemy. In the demo they stand still until Leon approaches, then swing when he gets too close.
- The Armaduras in the Castle Storeroom, despite Ashley not being able to harm them, possess HP and Hitboxes.
- Scary enough there are two types of Armaduras, with type 2 being stronger and deadlier!
