Then those in arms about it cannot be what?

Why would anyone be combative of their President having this authority and power?

That authority and power would only be invoked because there was a rebellion or invasion of Public Safety.

He did it for your Security and people are mad that a veteran knows why he served ≈ Military Laws and Orders first.

So, a hero runs in a burning building to save people inside, and the people outside are chastising, ridiculing, and hating the hero?

Ooooooohhhh but what do we have here?

President Trump, February 20, 2025, mentioning a 3rd Term in another form of verbiage. 🤭

There's a few different ways to look at this. 

One, before 1951, a President could be elected as many times as the people wanted. 

President Franklin Roosevelt died in his 4th term, 13th year, voted in 4 times by the people. 

He was also the last President inaugurated on the original Inauguration date, March 4. 

The Original Constitution, September 17, 1787, says this in Article II Section 1 Clause 1:

"The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows.

Following precedent established by George Washington, the idea that no President would hold office for more than two terms was generally regarded as a fixed tradition until President Franklin Delano Roosevelt sought and won reelection for a third and fourth term in 1940 and 1944, respectively."

Then the "states" ratified the term limits in 1951, to two terms. But when you know the timeline of events after the Organic Acts of 1871 and 1878... it's easy to see where the Swamp was established.

Two, when the 1st and 2nd War Powers Acts of 1941 and 1942 were amended in the 1973 War Powers Resolution, every President said it violated the Constitution and powers granted to the President.

Grant it, there's always going to be some debate with the interpretations, which is why a majority rule matters, in which that majority needs to know the Laws and Orders already on the books.

That's why the National Emergency is a key topic. In the 1973 amendment to the War Powers Acts, Congress granted the President the authority to declare a National Emergency and alert the Congress of the use of Military Force.

I guess that's why more National Emergencies have been declared after 1973 than history?

Abraham Lincoln was the first to declare a National Emergency.

Jimmy Carter's 1979 has been continued every two years and is the oldest National Emergency declared.

 44 of those since 1979... are still active which means they've been continued 2 years in a row since a National Emergency automatically terminates 2 years after the date it's declared, if not continued.

So, that means, any President can make a case for Military use since Congress legislated this in 1973.

Congress has delegated at least 136 distinct statutory emergency powers to the President, each available upon the declaration of an emergency. 

Only 13 of these require a declaration from Congress; the remaining 123 are assumed by an executive declaration with no further Congressional input.

Three, President and 5-Star General Dwight D. Eisenhower, established the Presidential Emergency Action Documents which are draft classified executive orders, proclamations, and messages to Congress that are prepared for the President of the United States to exercise or expand powers in anticipation of a range of emergency hypothetical worst-case scenarios, so that they are ready to sign and put into effect the moment one of those scenarios comes to pass.

To EXPAND POWERS. 

Established in response to fears of the Cold War and nuclear war, and are part of what is often referred to as Continuity of Government (COG) planning.

Referred to as what again? 

Continuity of Government?

I guess that's why "Biden" revoked Executive Order 13961 on January 19, 2025, the last EO on "his" resume.

Executive Order 13961 signed on December 7, 2020, was the implementation of a Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government for the Executive Branch.

If there was not a Continuity of Government, why would there be an Executive Order implementing one and an Executive Order revoking it?

If there was not a Continuity of Government or a need for one, why would "Joe" let it stay active from January 20, 2021, to January 19, 2025?

There's evidence that President Trump has been a Wartime President the whole 8 years, but most definitely all 4 of 2021 to 2025, of the DASH via Military and Federal Laws and Orders.

John Bolton's interview February 2024 saying:

 "I think Trump's gonna do everything he can to maintain himself in power, he does have the Constitution standing in his way this time, which expressly bars a 3rd term, but I'm sure one of the things he'll do is launch an effort to amend the Constitution."

Steven Bannon interview February 2025 saying: 

"Top of his agenda: a third Trump term."

President Trump's speeches in 2021 to 2024 he mentioned... 

"What will this be... my 2nd or 3rd term?" 

And joked how he didn't want to accept the results of the 2nd term...

And had many more speeches about 2021-2025 being his 2nd term.

It's only "controversial" for those who know NOTHING about Military and Federal Laws and Orders currently invoked that allow President Trump to expand powers. 

It's only "controversial" because people hear what they want and have no foundation.

Foundation = Laws and Orders that support the Constitution.

Not the hijacked "Constitution" that the Deep State and Cabal twisted and "legislated" to fit their narratives.

Those narratives being ANNIHILATED by those 44 Executive Orders with National Emergencies, the 3 that "Biden" continued 4 years in a row that make absolutely zero sense whatsoever, DOGE, and what's coming with RFK, MLK, and JFK, files. 

You cannot support President Trump without supporting Military and Federal Laws and Orders = his role, duty, obligation, authority and power.

So, why is the 3rd term such a topic if it's not important?

Why did he put a DASH on his ball cap, April 2, 2023, 1 year and 7 months before the date that determined #47 that he told you in 2022 was going to be a landslide?
