20250219 Day 1046 Part-2

Pressing & Accessories

After some banded extensions and lighter, ramp-up sets I did my primary movement of 5x sets Incline Dumbbell Press in the 5-7 rep range

Next, for a shoulder accessory I did 5x sets of Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises at 10+ reps/set

For my final accessory, since I got the Westside tank on, I did “Louie’s” or barbell pushups. I did 5x total sets in the 20+ reps range
