Quads n’ Calves Small Workout

I started off part-2 with 5x sets of Kettlebell Rear-Foot Elevated Split Squats @7+ reps/set

For calves I then did 5x sets of standing Hammer Strength Machine Calf Raises, high-volume @20+ reps/set
