Historically, men have been taught to suppress any sign of "weakness" — that includes emotions such as fear, sadness and doubt as well as physical health problems. That's a bunch of baloney. We sat down with Dr. Keith Melvin to talk about Movember, a monthlong event centered around raising awareness of men's health issues such as prostate cancer, and why it's okay — great, even! — to let the people you love know when you're struggling.
