Tri-State communities reschedule trick-or-treating

Everyone loves Halloween, but dark and stormy nights are best enjoyed inside one's very own haunted home. With rain anticipated for All Hallow's Eve, some communities have encouraged families to trick-or-treat early while the weather is more hospitable.
