I was stuck. Treadmills didn’t help. Meal plans didn’t work. But one simple change took me back to 128 and completely changed my life.

(Previously my scale read 202, my all-time high.)

I never imagined something so simple would be the solution…

A year ago, I couldn’t even take my dogs to the park. I was constantly drained, and my lower back ached all the time.
