Fraudulent documents - a falsified BC?

LibertyLockdown Clint Russell shared this link on X. I've heard rumors, but Mr. Russell's remarks caught my attention.

If this is true, aside from "the damage is already done", what is your opinion? Is this valid, was it worth the time, if true, what should be the consequences?
