Microsoft Creates New Form of Quantum Matter to Avoid Fixing Windows

Microsoft's new quantum processor, Majorana 1, currently can do nothing. But Microsoft swears it will soon be able to "design anything perfectly the first time" and "just give you the answer" to any question.
