Tokyo Tea & Boston Tea Party

Two more variations on the classic Long Island Ice Tea, Today we make a Tokyo Tea and a Boston Tea Party.

Tokyo Tea

.5 oz gin
.5 oz vodka
.5 oz white rum
.5 oz white tequila
.5 oz Midori
1 oz simple syup, lime juice and lemony juice in equal ratio (or sweet-and-sour syrup)
club soda to top off drink.

Combine everything except for the club soda in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Strain in highball glass and top with club soda.

Boston Tea Party

.5 tequila blanco
.5 Scotch whisky
.5 oz triple sec
.5 lime juice
.5 orange juice
.5 oz rum
.5 oz gin
Cola to top off drink

Combine everything except for the cola in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Strain in highball glass and top with cola.
