Batanga Revisited

In order to give proper credit and respect to the Batanga and it's creator, Don Javier, we do the Batanga the correct way.

Batanga
.5 oz lime juice
1.5 oz Tequila blanco
Mexican Coca-Cola (to top off drink)
salt and lime juice for rimming glass

1.Rim a glass with salt using lime juice as a binder.

2. Fill the glass half full of ice and then add in the .5 oz of lime juice.

3.Top off with Mexican Coca-Cola and stir with the knife you used to cut the limes for authentic style.
