Soft-spoken mail bomb suspect Cesar Sayoc makes 1st court appearance

Cesar Sayoc, the Florida man accused of sending pipe bombs to several prominent Democrats and others made his first appearance in court Monday afternoon in Miami. Sayoc, wearing a tan jumpsuit, was soft-spoken in court and his eyes at one point welled with tears. He mouthed the words 'I love you' to a person that may have been a relative.
