A US Army veteran was removed from a VA facility and threatened with police involvement. He was informed that he was court-martialed for 'subversive acts against the US,' a claim he was never made aware of. He spent time in a medium-high security facility when he should have been in a camp based on his point status. He also endured two full years in solitary confinement.
