This is our biggest and most ambitious BBQ yet! We fired up the @BBQwithFranklin Offset Smoker and Pit Barrel Cooker to create an authentic American BBQ feast for our amazing neighbours, Pete & Rhi—but did everything go to plan?

We went all out, smoking huge beef dino ribs and a Boston pork butt on the Franklin Smoker, while the Pit Barrel Cooker took care of juicy chicken and homemade sausages. But that’s not all—no proper BBQ is complete without classic Southern sides, so we made:

✅ Creamy, cheesy Mac & Cheese
✅ Rich, smoky Pit Beans
✅ Sweet & tangy PB&J Salad (Yes, really!)
✅ Crisp, refreshing Coleslaw
✅ Homemade Peach Cobbler

Of course, we seasoned everything with legendary American rubs and sauces, including:
