I like the general findings and intent, but there are two elements of our Constitution that are not being implemented, or even discussed as part of this presentation. #1 Under the Common Law at the time of the signing, the only ones who have authorities and responsibilities under a signed agreement are the signatories - We the People of the United States. Our Constitution does not confer powers and authorities upon government and leaders, it sets assignments that define their responsibilities. #2 Judges do not get to interpret an agreement by and among we-the-people, as it means what we the people agreed upon, and that is to be in accord with what was written, not what other authorities come to believe that we might have somehow agreed upon before situations were even contemplated. Note that even putting a title of "Constitution of the United States" upon this document, or "Preamble" on its first paragraph, are unauthorized Amendments. It is the numbered sections that are the "Constitution," and the lead paragraph identifies the signatories and the purpose of this agreement.
