Best MAKGEOLLI BREAD Recipe

Makgeolli Bread is one of the korean comfort foods.
This is a good winter snack. Make it easy at home!

▶ Ingredients
360g bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
50g sugar
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
300ml makgeolli
50ml milk
1 egg
green peas/black bean or other beans

▶ Make sure to use 'Saeng Makgeolli (Fresh Makgeolli)'
▶ If you don't use yeast, let the batter rest more
▶ If you use all-purpose flour instead of bread flour, the texture is different.
So I recommend you to use bread flour!
