Hi YT Gang! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 15 minute practice is a short but deep yin yoga. If you have back pain or your hips are tight, this stretch it for you. This is especially great if you have office work and you need some movement to keep the blood and muscles flow. This was relaxing and releasing for me and I hope you will love it, too!
