Spooky showers & a howling wind ahead

Have an umbrella and an extra cloak for the warlocks and witches going out for goodies since the rain may scare them inside during the afternoon, though they may venture out as the rain retreats near sunset.  However, howling winds will raise a few hairs as skies dry out with wind gusts topping 30mph Sunday evening so hang onto your broomstick!
