Cloudy skies will stick around tonight as temperatures cool off into the lower 40s and winds out of the east and northeast around 5 to 10 mph. An isolated rain shower is possible in the area but steady rainfall will hold off until Sunday Morning.  A low pressure is tracking across the Upper Midwest and Northern Plains currently. By tomorrow morning we will see this rainfall reach Northeast Wisconsin. It will remain steady through the early afternoon before this move out of the area. Rainfall amounts are going to be between a tenth and a quarter of an inch for most of us. Higher totals closer to a half inch will fall over southern counties.Temperatures will be in the upper 40s with winds out of the north and northwest around 5 to 15 mph.  We get a stretch of dry weather from Monday through Friday with highs in the lower 50s through Wednesday  and then mid 40s on Thursday.  Halloween is currently shaping up to be a seasonable day with dry weather. Highs in the lower 50s under mostly sunny skies during the day, cooling off into the mid and lower 40s in the evening.
