LinX CGM update - exercise to help increase insulin sensitivity - natural GLP-1 stimulants

Topics discussed in this video:

*Update on my LinX CGM https://linxcgm.com/#buylinxnow - over wrap is not needed - loving the small size and thin profile - can type in exercise event to the minute (unlike other CGMs)

*Why I'm not worrying about the exercise spike during intense exercise

*Why I have quit using sugary pre-workout drinks and am using an egg white based protein drink instead (after workouts I'm adding a tad of coconut sugar to my protein mix to help prevent myself from going hypoglycemic post-workout)

Remember, to calculate max heart rate subtract your age from 220. So for a 20 year old your max heart rate would be 200 bpm. So intense exercise (80%) would be a heart rate of 160 bpm.

Spices such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, Indian gooseberry, cayenne pepper & clove mimic GLP-1 drugs such as Ozempic but without the side effects of losing muscle mass and eyesight, for a fraction of the cost and without injections.

*The hack sheet I received from my functional doctor on how to increase insulin sensitivity (such as ingesting apple cider vinegar, increasing protein intake, exercise after meals, etc)

Do your research and see how nature, eating health1470459400y and exercise can help you lose weight and increase your insulin sensitivity and wear a CGM to see the results for yourself!
