Change the mind & change the lifestyle out of toxicity to more balance and positivity so that process can be successful for your journey with doing that for yourself if you need to. Takes hard work, dedication, determination & discipline to complete the process of healing and also breaking generational curses of one's bloodline/lineage & if I can successfully do that (& have successfully completed that) for myself & my bloodline & ancestors then so can you if you need to.
