Tom Homan Has Asked The DOJ To Investigate AOC

Tom Homan: "Today, I sent an email to the Deputy Attorney General. At what level is this an impediment? Is it an impediment? I'm not a lawyer. I'm not a prosecutor. Is it obstructing our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line?

So, I’m working with the Department of Justice to find out where that line was crossed. Maybe AOC is in trouble now, but I need the Attorney General to weigh in on that. Because it is an impediment, in my opinion. I'm not a prosecutor, but we need further guidance on this.

But again, if we have to pull every federal dollar from the city, we will. I mean, we’re done. This is about public safety. This is about community safety. Knowingly releasing a public safety risk back into society is just stupid.
