Justin Timberlake Refutes Claim He Ripped Off 'Damn Girl' From Disco Star

Justin Timberlake says he never stole a 70s musician’s work and passed it off as his own, and the singer is pleading for a judge to see things his way.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Timberlake is denying he stole music from a disco star for his 2006 song, “Damn Girl.” He wants the lawsuit filed against him thrown out of court.
