Measure Q: Parcel Tax Measure

According to the Kern County Registrar of Voters, A “Yes” vote by at least two-thirds (2/3) of the voters voting on this measure would authorize the District to levy an annual spe­cial tax of eighty-two dollars ($82) on each taxable parcel of land within the Dis­trict.
