Today marks a milestone – 50 pistol squats!

It all started on January 1, 2025. Today is the 50th day of strict discipline. Over these 50 days, I have completed 2,550 pistol squats in total. That’s 1,275 per leg.

So far, everything is going according to plan. My body tells me to keep going. My legs feel comfortable and are adapting to the load. Discipline is working. Every day, I add one more pistol squat. Since everything is going well, let’s keep moving forward.
